We want you to be happy with your plan. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

Try before you buy

Every exam has a free demo test and free sample questions, so you can check our questions and interface before paying.

Refund window

If you have not started any mock test on a plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you have started a mock test on that plan, the plan is non-refundable.

Payment problems

If you were charged but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will activate the plan or refund the extra payment.

How to request a refund

Write to the contact details on our Contact page with your registered email, the exam and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
